DUOFUSE Products Now with Warranty up to 25 Years!

We have great news for our customers: as of this year, the warranty on selected DUOFUSE® products has been significantly extended. While the warranty was previously 10 years, some products now come with a 25-year guarantee.

What the Warranty Covers

For the DUOFUSE® range, we guarantee that the product’s functionality will be maintained and that it will remain resistant to termites and other insects, without excessive degradation under normal use during the warranty period.

If, within the specified period and under the applicable conditions, extraordinary wear occurs, Plastivan will replace or reimburse the defective product, taking into account depreciation based on the elapsed time and total warranty period. Please note: removal, reinstallation, labor, or transport costs are not covered by the warranty. Any defect must be reported to Plastivan within two months of discovery.
